Obasanjo wears Tinubu Cap. See reason Why.. Photos below....

 

On Monday, Olusegun Obasanjo, the former President of Nigeria, had a meeting with Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady. 

Busola Kukoyi, the First Lady's media spokesperson, announced the meeting between Obasanjo and Mrs. Tinubu to the public through X.

Sharing photos of the two individuals, Kukoyi wrote: “Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Senator Oluremi Tinubu after receiving the Former President who came felicitating on the Sallah Celebration on Monday 17th June.”

Obasanjo was seen sporting a headgear with President Bola Tinubu's insignia just two days ago. 

A video showing Obasanjo wearing the cap at an event attended by several African dignitaries was previously released by Bendelnews.

Obasanjo and Tinubu are not associated with the same political party, even though they both originate from the same geopolitical zone in the Southwest. 

The former president declared his support for Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, in the 2023 election.
