JUST IN: Nigeria Army Dismisses Soldier For Having An Affair With Colleague's Wife.

The Lance Corporal was fired this week at 231 Battalion in Biu, Borno State, according to several sources.

The Nigerian Army dismissed the soldier for having an affair with the housewife of one of his colleagues. 

One of the sources stated, "We're happy because this will serve as an example to others involved in this act now common in our barracks.

Our colleague, Abdullahi, has been dismissed at 231 BN Biu," stated a another insider. He had sex with the wife of his friend. Very depressing.

Prior to being reported to army authorities, the dismissed soldier had a well-known history of sexual misconduct, the insider continued. 

He violated Sections 79 and 93 of the Armed Forces Act CAP A20, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 for his indecent professional misconduct and for having sex with the wife of a fellow soldier. 

Laws stipulate jail time and dishonorable discharge from the armed forces.Continue reading
