Breaking: Joint Security Agencies Refuses To Arrest Aminu Bayero 'The Deposed Emir Of Kano , Vows to obey court order

Along with other senior military security officers, the DSS, and other officials, Police Commissioner Muhammad Usaini Gumel issued a warning, saying that they would not tolerate anyone utilizing the events taking place in the Emirate Council to undermine the peace and unity of the State.

 We have resolved to ensure that we maintain peace in the state," he stated, adding, "our joint security resolved to keep peace in Kano and the development surrounding the Emirates Council; the Police Command respects the court order, alongside other security agencies.

According to him, the police command has not received the order to arrest the deposed Emir Bayero because they have only been informed via social media.

 He continued by saying that nobody would make them do any assignments. 

According to the court, "as far as the Emirate's situation is concerned, we recognize the Emir who was there, and we are only respecting court orders that say status quo should be maintained, and that is where we stay and stand," he continued.

The legal position is very clear that whoever tries to cause problems will be arrested without hesitation," the Police Commissioner continued. "Miscreants are advised to refrain from wreaking havoc throughout the State, as public safety always comes first."
