They were reported missing. The two were said to have gone to see a man they met on Facebook and have not been seen since.
In a post on Wednesday, May 22, activist Harrison Gwamnishu verified the occurrence and stated that police had detained a suspect named Andrew Amaechi in relation to the ladies' abduction.
He claimed that the suspect was discovered in possession of the women's possessions.
Celine Ndudim and Afiba Tandoh, a citizen of Ghana, who went to see a friend they met on Facebook on April 27, 2024, from Porth Harcourt Rivers State to Aba, Abia State, are gone, he said.
As of the now, no one has seen Celine or her friend; however, the police have detained a suspect named Andrew Amaechi for possessing their items.
