Justice Daniel Okungbowa, the Chief Judge of Edo State, administered the oath of office to Omobayo Godwin, 37, who assumes the position of deputy governor following the impeachment of Philip Shaibu by the Edo State House of Assembly.
Governor Godwin Obaseki appointed Omobayo shortly after the impeachment proceedings on Monday.
