AbdulFatah Ahmed, the former governor of Kwara State, has been granted bail by Justice Evelyn Anyadike of the Federal High Court in Ilorin. READ FULL ARTICLE
Among other things, the bail requirements state that he must provide a guarantor who has properties in Ilorin and deposit N50 million with the court.
Until those bail requirements are satisfied, he is anticipated to remain under the supervision of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC.
At the time of filing this article, journalists were waiting for him to leave the courtroom.
