Three military officers allegedly attacked some officials when they broke into the FRSC offices, trying to incite a fight over an unidentified issue. The other officers reacted because they were furious.
The road safety workers are seen berating the soldier fiercely for having the arrogance to enter their workplace and viciously beating them in the widely circulated video.
The conflict worsened despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution, even after one of the army commanders attempted to save his friend from the FRSC workers who were hitting him.
