Emeka Rollas, the head of the Actor Guild in Nigeria, has discussed Wakanda Forever and the reasons he feels that Nollywood performers were underutilized by the movie's continue Reading..
According to Rollas, Wakanda Forever is an African tale, and because of General Okoye's involvement, Nigeria plays a part in it.
The AGN president claimed that since Okoye is a Nigerian name, a Nollywood actress would have been a better fit for the part.
Ini Edo, Kate Henshaw, and Destiny Etiko, in Emeka Rollas' opinion, would have performed admirably.
Additionally, he said that although he is aware that a South African played the part, he felt it was unfair to exclude a Nigerian from the chance to play the lead in such a well-known international brand.
It is noteworthy, though, that Wakanda Forever made extensive use of Tems and Rema's voices.
