Actress and media personality Toke Makinwa has advised ladies on how to draw in affluent men over the holiday season.
The award-winning media personality disclosed that the biggest and most powerful guys are always found at Banana Island and other parts of Lagos during an interview on her podcast, Toke Moments.
Toke suggested that anyone hoping to snag a "Big Fish" during the holidays visit house parties in upscale neighborhoods in Lagos, like Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, VI, and Banana Island.
She did, however, say that clubs, which are now home to a lot of fake big boys, and house parties outside of Lekki Phase 1 are off limits.
She said in her message to women that the only ways for them to get into highbrow places are if they have a budget and are well-connected.
“You have to have the budget for enjoyment first because high-profile men don’t go to slums, some of them don’t like to go out. So you have to know people who know people. Go to house parties this Christmas ladies, forget the clubs it’s too hot and noisy. Go to house parties that’s where it’s going down. Places like Banana Island, and Ikoyi Southwest, you can manage VI, maybe like Lekki 1. Anything after Lekki 1 don’t bother”.*
