Parking wardens impounded his Audi A3 earlier in the year after issuing a penalty ticket.
The blue badge used by Morrison belonged to a person who died in February 2022. Morrison explained that he purchased the blue badge from someone in Old Trafford for £50.
Blue badges are for individuals with disabilities or health conditions, allowing them to park closer to their destination.
Morrison was fined and required to pay costs and a victim surcharge.
