Ramandeep Kaur Mann, from Derby, was found guilty of fatally poisoning her husband Sukhjit Singh with sedatives and slitting his throat as he slept during a family holiday in India in 2016, a plot hatched with her lover Gurpreet Singh, who was a childhood friend of her husband.
Their eldest son, Arjun, who was nine at the time, witnessed the murder and played a crucial role as the key prosecution witness during the trial.
