Lege, a controversial figure, claimed in an online video that the Nigerian police force is actively trying to save many lives.
The self-described "Friend of the President's Son" emphasized the role of law enforcement in maintaining racial peace.
The actor reflected on the 2020 ENDSARS events and said that a lack of police presence resulted in a number of horrific incidents.
Lege Miami, however, consented to serve as the ambassador for the Nigerian police force.
In his words, “All of you abusing police are sick, don’t you know that the police are contributed to the peace of this country. During the ENDSARS, many things happened like stealing, fighting happened because the police went on two weeks strike…… Police, continue your good work, you can use me as your ambassador”.
