The electoral complaints tribunal has informed Nigerians that they should prepare for a drawn-out resolution to their concerns over President Bola Tinubu's election as the nation's next leader in 2023.
During his opening remarks on Wednesday before the court sessions, Justice Haruna Tsammani, the President of the Abuja Court of Appeal and the chairman of the five-member panel of justices, disclosed this.

According to Justice Tsammani, the Bola Tinubu (APC) petition filed by Peter Obi and the Labour Party would serve as the basis for the tribunal's initial hearing.
Governors Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, Abdullahi Sule of Nasawara State, Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, and Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State are all present at the tribunal.
