The Biafra Republic Government's Prime Minister, Ekpa, a lawyer located in Finland, revealed this on Wednesday in a letter obtained by bendelnews

According to the bendelnews, three people were slain as merchants took to the streets on Wednesday morning to protest the state government's closing of their stores because they didn't open for business on Monday.

Because Mbah has violated the fundamental human rights of its inhabitants, Ekpa has retaliated by requesting that the EU and the US impose travel bans on him.

He informed the world that the Enugu administration had impounded and detained Igbos in the state without following the provisions of the Federal Republic of Nigeria's constitution.

In his letter, he stated, "We desire to draw your attention to the flagrant violations and fundamental human rights abuses of the people of Enugu State, Biafra (in Southeast Nigeria) by Peter Mbah, the governor.

Without reference to the Federal Republic of Nigeria's constitution or any other law, treaty, or convention recognised anywhere in the world of civilised living, Peter Mbah is seizing and imprisoning people's businesses and means of subsistence, depriving the residents of Enugu State of their right to private property and free enterprise.

The letter asks that Governor Peter Mbah be denied a visa and be added to the list of terrorists and opponents of freedom and democracy in Nigeria.
