On Thursday, July 13, 2023, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God tweeted this information while honoring his wife's 75th birthday.
Adeboye declared that his wife is the greatest blessing that God has bestowed upon him and issued a dire warning to anyone who would hurt her.
The greatest blessing the Lord has given me, he said, is my wife, @pastorfoluadeboye, in addition to my salvation and baptism in the Holy Spirit. It is common knowledge that whomever dared to hurt her would suffer divine vengeance. Many people are not aware of the extraordinary depth of her generosity, compassion, and caring for others.
She has been at my side through thick and thin ever since she decided to spend the rest of her life with me. One of my sincere wishes is that when the time comes, both of us will be taken home.
