Felix Morka, the party's national publicity secretary, declared that "the APC stands as one strong, dynamic, resilient and progressive party" in a statement that was made public on Saturday, July 22.

Along with asserting that Adamu and Omisore's resignations reflect the party's institutional maturity and the caliber of its leadership, the APC also denied rumors of discord among its National Working Committee (NWC) members over a potential successor to the outgoing national chairman.

The declaration added.

"Change is a continual and inevitable part of life for any person or institution. Our demonstrated ability to adjust to change and emerging realities constantly distinguishes us as Africa's largest political party and sets us apart from the predictions of doomsayers.

"We continue to support the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administration's Renewed Hope Agenda to improve the standard of living for all Nigerians."
