Breaking: Tinubu Discloses Time To Present Ministerial List To The Senate.

The eagerly expected ministerial list will be delivered to the Senate within the next 48 hours, according to Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele, the Senate Leader. Continue reading

He revealed this in Abuja, Nigeria, at his lecture and book presentation on his 60th birthday.

In a phone call to wish him well on his birthday, Bamidele claimed that President Bola Tinubu personally told him of this situation.

In accordance with what he claimed, President Tinubu informed him that he would be unable to attend the birthday lecture due to an urgent communication that he needed to submit to the Senate within the next 48 hours.

It is anticipated that this message would include the ministerial list, which will include the people proposed for ministerial seats in the government.

In a speech, Prof. Toyin Ogundipe, a former vice chancellor of the University of Lagos, urged political office holders to scale back the number of vehicles in their convoys as a sign of compassion for the struggling Nigerian people.

He emphasized that as long as there is a significant police presence, organizations like the Vehicle Inspection Officers (VIO) and the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) shouldn't be accompanying President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.

Our leaders must lessen the number of vehicles in their convoy, according to Ogundipe, so that Nigerians will understand that you share their suffering.

"Once police are in the convoy, VIO and the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) have nothing to do with the President and Vice President's entourage."
