Amusan also promised to have the accusations against her dropped before the competition, which will take place in Budapest the following month.
This was revealed by the 26-year-old Nigerian athlete in a post on her Instagram page.
"Today the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) has accused me of breaking a rule for missing three tests in a 12-month period," she stated.
"I plan to contest this charge and will have a tribunal of three arbitrators rule on my case before the start of the World Championships next month."
The most recent development has raised questions about Amusan's ability to compete in the international championships later this month.
