A 27-year-old Akwa Ibom woman boasted about her brand-new home and dubbed herself the youngest landlady in the state.
The resourceful woman shared pictures of her structure as it was being constructed, from the beginning to the end.

It makes me happy to let my family and friends know that today is the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I owe God appreciation for the love He has shown me and for everything else that concerns me.
It takes a lot of excellent determination and love for service to get this right; becoming a landlady at this age is no easy feat.
