However, further petitions from the Action People's Party (APP) with the filing number CA/PEPC/02/2023 and respondents Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are also scheduled for the pre-hearing session.
