Chef Hilda Baci explains why many people disapproved of her quest to beat the cooking record.

Hilda Bassey Effiong, aka Hilda Baci, a well-known chef, claims that several people disapproved of her quest to break the record for the longest cooking marathon by one individual because they thought she was "too blessed."

According to the bendelnews Hilda broke India's Lata Tandon's previous record of 87 hours and 45 minutes to achieve a new mark for 100 hours of non-stop cooking.

She has not yet received Guinness World Record certification; her attempt is still being examined.

Hilda claimed that many people were dissatisfied with the attempt because they were scared by her beauty, talent, and charisma while appearing as a guest on the most recent episode of the I Said What I Said Podcast.

She remarked, "There were a lot of 'It's not fairs,' like, 'how can only her be fine, be hot, ah ah. How is it that she is the only one who has all of these things? That isn't how life works.

Regarding rumours that she bought publicity, she responded, "The PR that we invested on, how much, how many were it? It is impossible to buy the kind of earned media that the attempt received. Both preparation and payment are impossible. This is grace. Only hope remains.
