Assistant referee, Constantine Hatzidakis has been suspended from officiating matches after elbowing Robertson in a match between Liverpool and arsenal

While the Football Association, FA, conducts an inquiry following an incident involving him and Liverpool's Andy Robertson on Sunday, assistant referee Constantine Hatzidakis has been prohibited from officiating any games.

After the 2-2 tie with Arsenal's halftime whistle at Anfield, Robertson yelled at Hatzidakis in an absurd situation.

While video revealed the official may have elbowed the Liverpool fullback in the chin, he appeared to throw out his hand to brush him off.

His suspension was announced by the Professional Game Match Officials Ltd in a statement on Monday.

When the FA conducts an investigation into the incident involving the assistant referee and Liverpool defender Andrew, PGMOL will not be appointing Constantine Hatzidakis to fixtures in any of the competitions it covers.
