Kyle Walker, a defender for Manchester City, has advised Arsenal to be prepared for "twists and turns" in the Premier League title chase.
Harry Kane's first-half goal gave Tottenham the victory over City on Sunday, 1-0.
It means that after Arsenal lost against Everton on Saturday, the champions squandered a significant chance to reduce the gap to two points.
With one game left, the Gunners still lead City by five points.
After today's game, Walker however, said: "Of course it is [a squandered chance]."
"There is still a lot of football to be played, but they dropped points and we needed to take up points to cut the deficit.
I've been a part of the Premier League for a very long time, so I am familiar with its twists and turns.
