Bishop Kukah Reveals Who Nigerians Should Vote For.

For the sake of the nation's growth, Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah, the Archbishop of the Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, has encouraged Nigerians to abstain from voting in the 2023 election on the basis of their ethnicity, religion, or politics.

He advised Nigerians to choose a candidate who is capable of addressing the country's ongoing problems while ensuring peaceful coexistence.

Speaking on Friday during an interview on Arise TV on the kind of leaders, in particular the person that Nigerians should pick as their next president, he gave the advice that it was crucial for Nigerians to see through them and make informed choices.

Bishop Kukah contends that Nigerians need to move past the rhetorical age and that, before making a decision, the public has to go through and question the presidential contenders about their philosophy, strategies, and methods of running the country.

He continued by saying that it was crucial for political figures, especially presidential contenders, to pay attention to young people, comprehend their complaints, and match their agenda with resolving those issues for a better Nigeria.

The enthusiasm that motivated individuals in 2015 has waned, he said. The public has realized that they were misled, and we have all witnessed the results of religious propaganda.

He claims that the youth are aware of this and are posing the appropriate questions. He challenged the lawmakers to sell their beliefs to Nigerians in all of their hidden corners.

Bishop Kukah said there is a lot of energy surrounding the upcoming election and expressed his excitement for the young people's enthusiasm and interest in the national election.

He was adamant that Nigerians are motivated and have a choice to make and advised them to make sure they evaluate the candidates objectively and make the best decision in order to achieve their goals.
