Real Reasons Behind Crashing Of The Plan That Killed Ex-Minister's Pilot Daughter.

The pilot reportedly died with 11 others on board a mini-aircraft belonging to Caverton Aviation Cameroon, when air traffic services lost radio contact, causing the plane to crash.

Senator Solomon Ewuga, a stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State and former Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), is the late pilot's second daughter.

The pilot and 11 other people on board a Caverton Aviation Cameroon mini-plane died after air traffic control lost radio contact, forcing the plane to crash.

According to local Cameroon media, the plane was flying from Yaounde Nsimalen Airport to Belabo in the country's east when it crashed, killing everyone on board.

Caverton Aviation Cameroon is a subsidiary of the Lagos-based Caverton Offshore Support Group, which also owns Caverton Helicopters.

A single DHC-6-400 is also operated by the Nigerian sister-carrier to supplement several helicopters that service the country's oil and gas business.
