Master P, an American rapper, is said to be unmarried after separating from his marriage ten years ago.
The No Limit Records mogul and Sonya Miller are formally divorced, according to legal paperwork acquired by TMZ, but it's unclear whether their divorce is finalised.
In December 2021, Master P filed petition demanding a bifurcation of his divorce in order to be given single status and deal with the rest of their divorce matters later.
In 1989, the pair married and have seven children together. Miller did not file for divorce until 2013, despite the fact that they split in 2010.
Master P has been proclaimed legally single after a decade of separation from his former wife Sonya Miller.
She attempted to sue her estranged spouse a year later, demanding 40% of his assets. Master P earlier stated that they settled everything in private in 2016, but that they never filed anything with the court.
In a 2014 interview with Wendy Williams, Master P revealed why their marriage fell apart.
"To realise that things happen in a relationship," he remarked. "People develop together and separate. My whole point is that I'm not upset at her; I love her; she's the mother of my children, and we have to care for them forever.
"I believe what people have to realise is that when attorneys enter the picture and you have lawyers who don't know your business, who don't know where you came from, they have a significant effect, and I want to apologise to her, to be honest with you because I'm not perfect, nobody is perfect."
