The 96th National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has formally opened the race for the party's presidential ticket in 2023.
The PDP's position was revealed at the party's NEC meeting in Abuja on Wednesday.
The NEC also chose former Senate President David Mark to chair the Convention Committee ahead of the party's National Convention to decide the party's presidential candidate.
