After a "miracle" landing in Pennsylvania, four persons survived a medical helicopter crash.

According to CBS Philly, all four passengers aboard a medical helicopter delivering a child to a hospital in Pennsylvania survived the crash adjacent to a church on Tuesday afternoon. Officials dubbed the landing a "miracle" because no one was hurt on the ground.

According to CBS Philly, the medical chopper was flying from Maryland to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia when it crashed near the Drexel Hill United Methodist Church in Delaware County just before 1 p.m.

Officials praised the pilot for avoiding power lines and landing the chopper without colliding with the church or any other surrounding structures or vehicles. Those on board sustained injuries that were not life threatening.

Upper Darby Fire Chief Derrick Sawyer described the situation as "a miracle."
