SEE WHEN FEMI FALANA'S HOUSE WAS INVADED


 Femi Falana, a lawyer and human rights activist, has reacted to the Igboho Sunday's home invasion in Ibadan by state security services. Femi Falana said the search warrant should be obtained from the court before Igboho's house was raided.


In an interview with Object TV, Femi Falana said to attack the house means the enemy area was invaded. He said there was a way to catch someone in his house. He said the arrest warrant must be obtained in court. Speaking further, he said that the search warrant must be obtained to find a suspect's house. Femi Falana also said people who carry out the arrest warrants should not cause damage or kill anyone, unless there is resistance. Also, said Femi Falana at the end of the search, the homeowner must confirm the items found in his house.

In other parts of the video, Femi Falana said he was kidnapped by SSS in 1990, but they denied it. Femi Falana also explained how his wife called the neighbors to pursue state security services when they stormed her house in the middle of the night.

Speaking further, Femi Falana said no security agent has the right to declare anyone you want without court orders. He said the State Security Service was supposed to approach the court and the state why the Igboho week had to be declared desired.

In the last part of the video, Femi Falana accused that state security services did not have the power to carry out independently arrests. He said the SSS task was to extract information about criminals.
